Return of Products
On delivery of your order, please, inspect the products for damage. They can only be returned within 14 days if:
a. you received a wrong product or a product is missing. You have to send it back with the original receipt and original packaging. In this case, our company will be charged for shipping.
b. you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product with the original receipt and original packaging. In this case, you will be charged for shipping.

Our company accepts worldwide* orders. Orders executed between 9:00 to 17:00 (Hong Kong time zone, UTC/GMT +8) except Saturdays, Sundays and local holidays. The order is sent to the address the customer has indicated. The shipment takes place within 10 to 40 working days.
If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) we cannot deliver the products within the specified time we will notify you via e-mail, to tell us if you want, under these conditions, the completion of your order.
Hariuku will immediately notify the customer for late delivery due to lack of availability. If the customer believes that this delay makes the transaction unprofitable, then he can request to cancel the order for this item.
Pricing
Product prices are about purchasing a single piece per code (retail) and they include VAT. Hariuku reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
The company is not bound in any way to send products, which are offered through the online store in a wrong price due to typographical error.
